Internet Marketing, make loads of money, blah, blah, blah…. That is the mantra that read about all day long on the Internet. I constantly hear about people striking in rich with Internet gold, working only 3 hours per week, and making more money than they know what to do with. And you know what… I want to be one of them.

Do I believe for a second that it is possible… yes. Do I believe that I can do it with only 3 hours per week ….. ahh I don’t think so. You see… I am what I like to refer to as a seasoned “Internet failure”. I have tried a ton of get rich quick program with little to marginal success. (It is pretty bad when your friends start calling them “Schemes”) Other Internet marketers have make $1000’s from my sales and I know that if they can make money then so can I.

As I look back on the last three years of my “education”, I realize that I have been playing the game all wrong. Almost every get “scheme” was all about putting up one or two website and hitting an Internet “home run”. Now if you look at Major League baseball, who are the most successful players over a long period of time…. the ones that hit home-runs every few games or the ones that hit doubles and singles almost every-time at bat? Exactly, the ones who consistently hit doubles and singles.

Well, that is exactly what I was trying to do with my Internet career… hit a home-run out of the park…. make $1,000,000 per year on one website. But really, how often does that happen? How many $1,000,000 websites are created each year? Not many.

Now let’s look at this from a mathematical standpoint, how many websites would it take generating $X to $1,000,000 per year?

$1,000,000 –> 10 sites making $100,000 (still very unlikely)

$1,000,000 –> 100 sites making $10,000 (~$27.39 per day – getting better)

$1,000,000 –> 1000 sites making $1,000 (~$2.73 per day – Alright Then!)

This is exactly how the mail order companies work.. it’s all a number game and they know that the way to big profits is to make a whole bunch of small profits… If this strategy works off-line then it sure the hell can work on-line as long as I have a good plan.

That is where Eli’s SEO Empire strategy comes in. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Eli’s SEO Bluehat Blog take a good look and a deep read. There is a lot of great techniques in there and I plan on putting a lot of them to the test.

Eli’s strategy is to build a network of sites that runs deep and wide that will build a solid SEO foundation to build a load of money sites upon for optimum SEO performance and to “help pay the rent”.

So my journey begins with the first step. I have no network of sites built, no domain names, one server, and a whole lot of ambition. So let’s get it on and make some money!
